Donald Foss
Donald Foss is FOD's founder and Principal. He also founded Credit Acceptance (NASDAQ:CACC) in 1972 and served as CEO and then Chairman for several decades before retiring in 2017. Mr Foss is the founder of the national dealer group, CARite.
Michael Raymond
Mr. Raymond serves as FOD’s Managing Director. Mr. Raymond has an extensive legal, corporate finance and investment background with over 40 years of broad experience in corporate finance, private equity, IPOs and M&A.
Matt Strunk
Mr. Strunk is FOD’s Director of Accounting and Finance and, among other responsibilities, oversees financial due diligence, accounting and all cash management functions. He brings over 30 years of experience with a focus on real estate ventures.
Georges Durot
Mr. Durot is FOD’s Senior Associate, supporting the firm’s deal sourcing, diligence and portfolio management efforts. His experience spans family office investing, venture capital and corporate finance, and he is a recent graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
